Rifugio Munt de Sennes

Located at an altitude of 2200m above sealevel, the mountain refuge Munt de Senes is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking tours in the Nature Park Fanes-Senes-Braies. The famous Croda del Becco, known as the Realm of the ibex, can be reached in 2 to 3 hours walking time.

The Senes Alp with its 700ha of mountain pastures, which in summer are grazed by about 150 head of cattle, is one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful alps. The alp is run by local farmers and offers accommodation with or without board, as well as the possibilitiy to savour and puchase different farm products.
