Tradition and culinary delights
An easy walk which will give you a chance to get to know the history and culinary specialities of the Ladin “Viles”, an ancient form of mountain hamlet. Join us to see and experience the ancient tradition of cheese-making and
spirit distillation. Our schedule also includes a small cookery course: Learn to make traditional dumplings (Speckknödel) at La Rosa-Sotrù, feast on local specialities and, as the icing on the cake, on your own Speckknödel. Our culinary route will be rounded off by a visit to the Tabarel wine shop and
the tasting of some fine local wines.
