Lè dla Creda – signpost nr.25 through Ciastlins Valley – at about  400 m from the first watershed follow signpost nr.24 to Riciogogn Pass - descend to the alpine pastures of Senes and the refuges Rifugio Munt de Senes and Rifugio Sennes. Walk back to Pederü through Fodara Vedla.
