Pleasure and indulgence

Different countries, different customs ... and a special cuisine to be discovered. The Ladins, an ancient people that has been living in the Dolomites for over 2000 years by now, has developed a simple, but very various and delicious cuisine. Tultres, cancì checi, feies mores and panicia are some of the many dishes with Rhaeto-Romanic name, which once constituted the “daily bread” of the farmers who lived on the steep slopes of Marebbe Valley. Today, these names appear on the menus of our local restaurants and are entering more and more into the vocabulary of those guests who don’t miss the pleasure of savouring the delicious dishes. The century long culinary experience and the potential of modern cooking techniques allow to combinate unique dishes with excellent wines deriving from the consolidated South-Tyrolean viniculture. All national and international praise and credit to the culinary art of our local restaurants is therefore well merited.
