The start is at the car park near Pares in Longiarù. After 15 minutes you reach a fork. Follow waymark 5A to the edge of the forest. From there you continue across mountain meadows until the perfectly groomed path ends.
Note: The Rifugio Ciampcios is only open on sundays !
Toboggans can be hired at the Vanc-Hof farm in Seres and in Piccolino.
