All that keeps these pure white sculptures alive is the bitter cold. At night floodlighting creates amazing new effects.
With the help of water and the freezing temperatures, fresh snow from the surroundings is packed to form giant cubes measuring 3x3x3 metres and placed along the main road Catarina Lanz.

Arriving from Val Pusteria-Pustertal main road SS49 turn in the road SS244 (direction Val Badia-Gadertal) and continue until Longega. Then turn left and continue to the center of San Vigilio.
