From the Pares car park in the Mountaineering village Lungiarü, follow the asphalted road to the hamlet of Seres. Along the way you will reach the "Cialciara", a kiln used in ancient times for the production of lime. After a slight ascent, you reach the beginning of the mill valley, where you will find some information about the existing water mills. After a slightly more demanding ascent, you will finally reach the hamlet of Seres (the road almost circles Seres), which is an excellent monument of Ladin architecture.
