"VAL" (from the Ladin language meaning "valley") and "Sinergia" (working together) form the two main ingredients for the only Yoga, Meditation, Movement, Health, and Mindfulness Festival in San Vigilio di Marebbe.

If available please bring your own yoga mat and a yoga block to the festival.

of the program and the day/s purchased.
The festival ticket does not include food and accommodation as well as
any other purchases for example at the market.
You can register for any activity you like and take your free time whenever
you want.
