The alpine air at the Fodara Vedla alp makes you really hungry! Whether after a wonderful excursion in the Dolomites or during your stay in our refuge, we will spoil you with handmade dishes from the local cuisine. Our menu offers various crispy salads from our garden, handmade pasta dishes, as well as Tyrolean specialities like dumplings and divers meat dishes. For a sweet finish we will surprise you with handmade cakes and elaborate desserts.
